• Baccalaureate degree preferred.
A minimum of One (1) years, experience of experience in sales, experience in real estate or construction-related field preferred. • Must have a criminal background check- Country state police

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: • Analysis of Past and Current sales Data. • Analyzes the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets. • Identifies available job openings and hiring needs of the company • Modify existing job posts to suite available job needs • Promote us on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter(X) etc. • Responding to applicant and communicating with other management team on the hiring needs and qualified applicants ready to hire. • Analyzes employee/ company relationships. • Analyzes advertising and sales promotion needs. • Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plan on an established basis. • Write and post a Newsletter that contains employee of the month of the Month (EOM) plus any other appropriate new update on social media: Facebook, google etc. This could be emailed to all employees and clients. • Prepare complaints on retention and forwarding complaint log to QA Committee Posts Must be state compliance and participant consent on file verified. • Analyzes Consumer/company relationships. • Develops sales/marketing objectives and sales projections. • Maintains a new referral quota of at least_5____ unduplicated Consumers per month. • Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities and a reasonable timetable. • Implements marketing plan staying within established timetable. • Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plan on an established basis. • Attend in person or visual staff meetings. • Do other media related jobs as are reasonably assigned.
